Accounting Assistant / Senior Account Clerk

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting duties, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger (GL), etc
• Perform clerical duties, including but not limited to, data entry, system updates, payment certification/verification, generating reports, etc. 
• Handle end-to-end accounting functions, including invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• LCC Level 2 / Diploma / Certificate in Accountancy or a related discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts, preferably with construction / engineering exposure
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk
