What you’ll be doing?
- Handle data entry in accounting system and document filing
- Maintain and update financial records
- Responsible for accounts payable, ensuring timely payments
- Respond to inquiries from management and external parties regarding financial matters
- Prepare for month-end and year-end closings, maintain schedules and reports
- Conduct bank reconciliation
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and support
- Assist in any ad-hoc assignment
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
