Job Description

  • Responsible for daily accounting duties of expense claims, accounts receivable and general ledger.
  • Maintain petty cash and bank account records
  • Handle monthly payroll and MPF administration
  • Prepare month end closing report and schedules for review by manager
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • LCCI Level 3 or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ relevant working experience
  • Experience in retail industry accounting for SMEs is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Chinese word processing.
  • Hands on experience with MYOB is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and English
  • Responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated and willing to learn; and
  • Immediate availability is preferred
