Accounting Officer

Job Summary

Do you want to work in a fast-growing Cloud company? We are currently seeking a skilled Accounting Officer to join our dynamic team at a leading Cloud company. As an Accounting Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible in preparing daily AP, weekly / monthly AR operation, prepare invoices, cheques, bank reconciliation, journal voucher preparation and bank balance maintenance, etc.
• Assist in month end closing and commission reports
• Ensure proper document filing and provide support to the department
• Assist in administrative works and ad hoc tasks as required
• Assist in year-end audit and other ad hoc projects as required

We are looking for:

• Diploma in Accounting or above with ACCA level 1
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience, handling AP or full set of accounting is preferrable
• IT industry background is a plus
• Mature, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Independent, stable and well-organized
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel) and accounting systems, experience in using Xero is a plus
