Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial audits and liaise with auditors.
- Monitor cash flow and manage company liquidity.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Student finalist of a professional qualification (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA, CPAA) is acceptable.
- 2-3 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in a listed company.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and company law in Hong Kong.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite. Experienced in financial software (yonyou) is preferrable
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
