職位描述

Job Duties:

  • Handle daily Accounting works with a careful mindset ( day-to-day accounts related issues e.g.generate invoices /receipts, monthly reports, manage account reconciliations, book-keeping, office general expenses/ petty cash, month end closing, liaise with auditors for annual audits, payments for other offices, … )
  • Assist general HR & Admin. duties ( payments to overseas consultants, recruitment coordination, staff compensation & benefits, visa application, air ticket & hotel booking…)
  • Secretarial duties to MD
  • Handle ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in relevant field
  • Hands on, accuracy and efficiency, self initiative
  • Can work independently under minimal supervision
  • Can keep confidential, trustworthy, self-motivated, independent, responsible and well-organized
  • Team player with good interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure and multi-tasks
  • Good PC skills
  • Cost center accounting concept and experience is MUST
  • Familiar with NetSuite, Oracle EBS systems are highly preferable
  • Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Proven relevant working experience, preferably in multinational companies
  • Immediately available is preferable
