Responsibilities
-
Daily accounting duties, payment processing, follow up outstanding invoice and statement

Handle general accounting entries, filing, data input and generate reports
-
Work closely with suppliers, vendors and internal departments on payment related issues

Assist in preparing month-end closing activities
-
Ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
-
HKCEE / DSE holder with LCCI Higher
-
Higher Diploma or above in Accounting disciplines
-
3 years or above accounting experience, proven experience in real estate or property management industry is an advantage
-
Experience in FLEX system is an asset
-
Good communication and analytical skills
-
Independent, responsible and well-organized
-
Proficiency in MS Office
-
Immediate availability is an advantage
