Responsibilities

  • Responsible for general administrative and clerical duties;
  • Coordinate meetings and serve staff / clients in professional manner;
  • Coordinate procurement of office supplies, maintain tidiness of conference rooms and reception area;
  • Handle and maintain confidential information and document management;
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as requested.

Requirements

  • Higher diploma or above;
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in administration or customer service;
  • Independent, self-motivated, well-organised and detail-minded;
  • Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks;
  • Good command of Chinese, English & Mandarin;
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Office, Excel and Outlook
