Job Description:

    Office Maintenance
  • To ensure general housekeeping of office in a professional manner
  • To maintain our office tidy, neat & safety
  • To check printing paper & place an appropriate order on demand
  • To empty the shredder bins time to time
  • To do basic maintenance support or repairing job, e.g. changing cabinet lock
  • To support any ad hoc HR & Admin projects

2. Overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities

  • To transfer samples between office and warehouse/packaging lab
  • To maintain inventory and associated records.
  • To maintain close relationship with transportation companies
  • To ensure the inventory is accurately recorded
  • To follow safety regulations and to report promptly if any potential risks appear
  • To participate in a warehouse relocation project when required

3. Mailroom management

  • To handle mailing and courier service
  • To ensure the parcel is well packed and to prepare shipping documentation
  • To handle import and export declarations
  • To distribute incoming letters and parcels to the recipient promptly
  • To support QA & sourcing team for assembling products when needed
  • To maintain the relationship with courier companies and colleagues

4. Office supports Description

To support office events, such as buying trip, range review, business update and social activities.

Requirement:

Work Experience - min. 3 years experience in relevant position

Skill - Proficient in computer skill such as Outlook, Word, Excel

Education - High school

Language - Cantonese, Mandarin, English is an advantage
