Duties

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Project/Sales/Maintenance team, e.g. document typing, filing, etc
  • Handle phone calls and emails
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate product information, pricing details, and project processing support
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree holder is preferred
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in administration;
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently
