Duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Project/Sales/Maintenance team, e.g. document typing, filing, etc
- Handle phone calls and emails
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate product information, pricing details, and project processing support
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree holder is preferred
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in administration;
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently
