Responsibilities

  • Assist in general office administration duties including maintenance of office equipment, stationery and miscellaneous supplies, license application and renewal, maintain the filing systems.
  • Support to the reception duties and greet visitors.
  • Independently handle monthly bill payable.
  • Follow up and report invoice status.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements 

  • Two-year relevant administration experience.
  • Familiar with MS office application e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills, able to work in a team, and detail oriented.
  • Good in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
