Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the general administrative duties, including but not limited to office management, facilities management, fixed assets procurement and management;
- Manage and communicate with internal and external parties for providing maintenance/repair/renovation services;
- Liaise with different internal and external parties to arrange various events/meetings;
- Interacts with other support staff and departments to coordinate information and document;
- Maintain filing system and keep up-to-date record;
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above;
- 3 years relevant experience;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Putonghua);
- Proficient in MS office and Chinese word processing;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as well-organized;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
