職位描述

Job Description:

  1. Perform reception duties includes handling phone calls and greeting clients
  2. Keep Show Room Area and Material Store tidy
  3. Support to company events and activities
  4. Provide all-round administrative services, including but not limited to procurement and maintenance of office equipment, pantry & meeting room supplies, etc.
  5. Handle incoming and outgoing mails and couriers, arrange daily courier delivery to local and overseas with waybill & shipping document preparation.
  6. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or above
  2. With 2 years’ working experience (Hospitality 's experience is an advance)
  3. Honest, good manner, flexible, self-motivated, and hardworking
  4. Excellent communication & well organizing
  5. Good command of spoken and written of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  6. Good computer skills in MS Office
  7. Fresh Graduates are also welcome
  8. Overseas travel is required
