Part-time Admin Assistant
(From 9 AM to 1 PM, 4 working days per week)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine administrative duties such as data entry, faxing, photocopying, scanning & filing of documents to maintain organized records;
- Manage courier arrangements for the dispatch and receipt of important documents;
- Check report data to ensure accuracy;
- Handle general office administrative and clerical duties such as office facilities management and all related issues;
- Research travel, accommodation, visas and other related logistics for business trips;
- Handle expenses claims;
- Replenish office supplies and maintain inventory;
- Set up and prepare meeting rooms to ensure cleanliness;
- Arrange catering and refreshments for meetings and events;
- Assist in organizing company activities (e.g. company meetings, restaurant reservations);
- Deliver and collect internal and external document (e.g. visa application to government);
- Perform packing, labelling and clerical duties;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
REQUIREMENT:
- Diploma or above in Secretarial or Business Administration qualifications will be an advantage
- Minimum 1 years of working experiences ( Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply )
- Well organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Immediate available is an advantage
