職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Document screening/pairing/matching/checking (mortgage title deed documents)
  • Data entry to Excel log file for correspondent documents
  • Collect/Receive documents over the counter
  • Move/Collect/Delivery documents from/to the requested location
  • Monitor email and follow up on required actions
  • Document sorting/filing to warehouse
  • Carry of heavy documents is needed
  • Other administrative support assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • HKCEE/HKDSE or above with 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in handling mortgage would be advantage
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and attention to details
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Excellent English and Cantonese, both written and spoken
