Job duties:
- Provide clerical support for management
- Provide secretarial support for Directors
- Handling / supporting Government funding processing
- Supervise general office administration duties
- Supervise support for HR functions
- Supervise in organizing and coordinating corporate events and staff relations activities
- Prepare other ad hoc assignments on request
Qualification & Requirement:
- Degree or above
- Good PC skills, including MS Office applications
- Fluent in Cantonese and English.
- Strongly Administrative experience is an advantage
- Have Government funding application experience an advantage
- Available immediately is an advantage.
