職位描述

Job duties:

  • Provide clerical support for management
  • Provide secretarial support for Directors
  • Handling / supporting Government funding processing
  • Supervise general office administration duties
  • Supervise support for HR functions
  • Supervise in organizing and coordinating corporate events and staff relations activities
  • Prepare other ad hoc assignments on request

Qualification & Requirement:

  • Degree or above
  • Good PC skills, including MS Office applications
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English.
  • Strongly Administrative experience is an advantage
  • Have Government funding application experience an advantage
  • Available immediately is an advantage.
