About the role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Wan Chai District. This is a full-time, 12-month contract position, providing crucial administrative support to our Client Services department. As an integral member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations and delivering excellent service to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Client Services team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain and organise electronic and physical filing systems
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to the overall administrative efficiency and effectiveness of the team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
