Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team member
  • Calendar and other project teams performance from time to time, filing system, including e-filing
  • Responsible for office administration of the team such as managing office expenses and supplies
  • Assist project team follow-up and timely report the status to management
  • Review supporting documents submitted by internal departments for senior management approval
  • Ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the Management

Desired qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or above or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 year experience in secretary or office administration
  • Office administration & secretarial skills.
  • Good time management and able to judge priority among tasks
  • Good at IT literacy, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point & Project);
  • Mature, self-motivate, details minded and problem solving skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
