Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Maintain and update customers' database
- Process sales orders and invoices of all contracts (including new and renewing)
- Liaise with the logistics team on the delivery arrangements (e.g. Delivery Note)
- Handle accounting tasks and account receivable issue
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Form 5 / DSE or above
- 1-2 years' experiences of office administrative support are preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge in MS Office application
- Positive working attitude, stable, willing to learn
