職位描述

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Provide all-round office administration including procurement of office & pantry’s supplies, stationery and office equipment maintenance, etc
  • Perform receptionist duties in professional manner, including greeting guests, handling income phone calls, dealing with courier, meeting rooms reservations, etc
  • Assist in monitoring staff attendance and leave records
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required

 Job Requirements:

  • F.5 /DSE or above with minimum 1 year’s relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Cheerful, independent, pleasant, well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Fluent in both written & spoken languages (Cantonese, English & Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Part time will also be considered
