Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for answering the front desk calls from visitor, calls transfer and make records.
2. Responsible for keeping the company's front desk environment clean and maintain daily office order and environment.
3. Responsible for the reception of visiting customers, strictly execute the company's reception service with good manners.
4. Assist the department to complete the preparation and reception of important guests, including but not limited to air tickets, train tickets, hotel reservations and meal booking matters;
5. Assist the HR and Admin manager to maintain the company's daily office order and environment (including facility maintenance coordination and hygiene etc.)
6. Assist in arranging lunches, maintaining good relationship with suppliers and continuously searching for new lunch suppliers.
7. Assist in office supplies purchasing and maintaining office equipment in good working condition. If any maintenance is required, responsible for contacting the maintenance department and follow up.
8. Responsible for the receipt and dispatch of courier, letters and parcels of the company.
9. Responsible for photocopying, faxing and printing, and assisting the department manager to prepare the required interview materials, such as job application forms, interviewer's resume, etc.
10. Assisting in the implementation of internal communications, such as collecting staff opinions and facilitating communication among colleagues.
11 Assist department manager in organizing daily corporate culture activities and staff building activities.
12. Assist the superior to complete the company's other administrative work and the internal daily affairs of the department.
13. Provide timely and accurate feedback to supervisors, including work progress, achievements and problems; actively collaborate with colleagues in other departments to complete cross-departmental work objectives.
Job Requirements
1. Tertiary education or above in administration, hotel management, human resources, secretarial or related discipline, with 1-2 years' experience in front desk reception or office administration.
2. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in using Office software.
3. Meticulous, patient, responsive, good language organization and presentation skills; service consciousness, strong sense of responsibility, and affinity;
4. Able to withstand certain work pressure and efficiently complete the tasks assigned by superiors.
Working location : Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate (with morning shuttle bus)
Working hours : Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
