Job Responsibilities:
- Handle general office administration duties;
- Function as receptionist duties to meet and greet the customers and proceed the application and payment procedure;
- Provide administrative support such as handling phone call, data input, document printing, filing & database management, etc;
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Level 2 or equivalent or above in 3 subjects (including Chinese language and English language) in HKDSE or HKCEE;
- Experience in Customer Service / Reception would be an advantage;
- Good command in both written & spoken English & Chinese;
- Passionate, self-motivated, customer and detail-oriented;
- Basic knowledge in computer skills with English & Chinese word processing;
- Willing to work on shift duties.
