職位描述

We are a trade Association located in Wan Chai and would like to invite capable candidates who possess the following skills to apply for the position.

Job duties:

  1. Provide administration and clerical supports within office
  2. Handling DMS filing and office inventory control etc.
  3. To perform reception duties, including answering incoming calls, handle meeting room bookings and courier delivery
  4. Ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above
  • Minimum 2 years work experience
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Good telephone manner, common sense and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, hardworking, committed and with good communication skills
  • Knowledge, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
