Job Description
Responsibilities:
- In charge of reception area, handling phone calls and guest greeting in professional manners;
- Provide full spectrum of administrative support;
- Assist in organizing internal and external activities;
- Handle daily job record, data entry and manage filing system;
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or any other related disciplines;
- 1 year administrative experience in sizable company;
- Good telephone manner, mature, positive and self-motivated;
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin;
- Able to work under pressure with strong organization skills;
- Fresh graduates are welcomed;
- Immediate available is preferable.
