Vacancy: Administrative Clerk

Job Duties:

  • Handle all-round daily office administration duties
  • Provide general admin and clerical support to administration department
  • Perform general reception duties, e.g. answering phone calls and enquiries, greeting guests, courier arrangement, conference room booking arrangement, etc.
  • Assist with managing office supplies and consumables, stationery ordering, equipment maintenance etc.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative support / receptionist is an advantage
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Excellent telephone and reception skills and manner
  • Good computer and MS skill – Word, Excel, Outlook, word-processing (both Chinese and English)
  • Stable, well organized, punctual, initiative, able to work under pressure & with strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to work together as a team and independently
  • Immediately available preferred

Salary: Negotiable
