Job Description
- Provide all-rounded secretarial & administrative mainly support the Sales Manager and assist the finance team.
- Execute and liaise both internal and external parties on business issues.
- Issue quotation / job sheet / invoice, licenses renew / application, etc.
- Handle various ad hoc assignments as needed.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years working experience in administrative support or executive assistance
- Proficiency in computer skills including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Well organized, pro-active, polite, hardworking, smart, able to work independently
