Job Responsibilities
- Data input and consolidation of daily trade transactions in Excel master record
- Manage data and prepare reports by using Excel (Pivot Table)
- Prepare client invoice monthly
- Provide support to Sales Manager on daily operations and related administrative tasks
Perform other ad hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements
- F. 5 / DSE graduate or above
- 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Proficiency in MS Office application (Word & Excel) & Chinese Word Processing
- Knowledge in using PIVOT TABLE of Excel is a MUST
- Good at Chinese & English typing
- Details oriented and well organized, good in problem solving skill
- Immediate available is preferred
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
