Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate course schedules and maintain up-to-date information across all platforms
- Serve as the main point of contact between company and tutors for administrative matters
- Manage and update course information on our website with high accuracy
- Maintain systematic records and documentation of all course-related matters
- Provide administrative support to management team including document preparation and meeting coordination
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and basic website updates
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
