職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Provide all-round secretarial and administrative support to the management.
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory levels on a regular basis and arrange equipment repair when necessary.
  • Perform general reception duties including answering telephone calls and greeting guests, handling mails and courier.
  • Assist to prepare meeting minutes, business correspondences, presentation materials, memo and management reporting, etc.
  • Participant for daily accounting operation and assist to prepare reports
  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year working experience(Fresh graduate also consider)
  • Degree holder or high diploma in any discipline
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is preferred
