職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all routine administrative works to maintain smooth operation of small-sized office.
  • Prepare invoices, prepare cheques.
  • arrange courier, bank-in cheque etc.
  • Assist in sales support job such as document preparation, record filing
  • Assist sales admin to prepare documents, photo records and coordination with suppliers, clients

Requirements:

  • Form Six or above in any discipline
  • 2 years of administrative experience is preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in working in construction / building field will be adavntage
