Administrative Officer

Eureka is seeking an individual who wants to cultivate their passion and enthusiasm in Education while working in a fast paced and friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will primarily support the client relations department with tasks including but not limited to:

• managing the administration and facilitation of client projects
• build and maximise client satisfaction and assist with company and program development
• liase with clients, providing relevant support and handling ad hoc enquiries
• deliver presentations in a professional manner
• partake in the recruitment and management of Native English Teachers
• coordinate briefings with Native English Teachers
• proactively assist in the coordination of different events, e.g. workshops, seminars and social activities
• Establish and maintain good relationships with school clients and native-speaking English teachers
• Conduct occasional school visits and class observations

Requirements:

• Excellent level of English is a MUST (Good level of Cantonese is preferred)
• University degree holder or above in any discipline
• Must be independent, well-organised and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player, self-motivated and thrives in a fast paced environment
• Presentable, proactive, approachable, outgoing and friendly
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
