Administrative Officer, S.K. Yee School of Health Sciences (Ref.: 24/26/HS/AO)

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Relevant administrative work experience is preferred

Duties
The appointee will be responsible for discharging administrative duties to support in the development of School and/ or programme management. He/ she will be required to communicate and work with local and non-local parties. Detailed duties might include (i) drafting and preparing discussion papers, proposals, correspondences and reports and serve as secretary to such committees as assigned; (ii) coordinating visits and meetings; (iii) coordinating a team for administrative duties; (iv) keeping track of projects; (v) assisting in plannings and (vi) undertaking such other duties as determined by the Supervisors.

Appointment Criteria
Applicants should have (i) a recognised Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s degree; (ii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iii) proficiency in computer applications; (iv) good organisational and communication skills; and (v) relevant work experience.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
