Duties:
The appointee is responsible for: (i) drafting and preparing discussion papers, proposals, correspondences, and reports; (ii) serving as secretary to such committees as assigned; (iii) organizing and coordinating various functions/ activities; and (iv) undertaking such other duties as determined by the Dean or other reporting officers.
Appointment Criteria
Applicants should: (i) have a recognised bachelor's degree, preferably a master's degree; (ii) demonstrate a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iii) have high proficiency in computer applications; (iv) have a strong sense of responsibility and good organizational and communication skills; and (v) have relevant work experience.
*Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
