Who are we looking for?
CEG OnCampus Hong Kong is currently looking for a new Agent Support Coordinator to join our Global Recruitment Hub in Hong Kong.
The role forms part of the Agent Support team based at CEG Global Recruitment Hub in Hong Kong. A main priority for this role is to support the agent management processes and controls, maintain the Agent Database and ensure its accuracy, and support the Group in their communication with external agencies and ensuring speedy processing of Agent applications and contracts.
Key to this role will be ensuring that there is seamless communication between marketing, sales and the agent network. This is a varied and busy role and will include a wide range of activities, including, but not limited to, the proactive communication with our sales team, new agent applicants and existing agents, maintenance of agent records, monitoring of marketing resources and supporting sales and agent training activities.
The role suits a natural organiser, with a positive and proactive outlook and who is prepared to work hard in a fast-moving sales environment at the centre of a growing organisation and make a significant contribution to the achievement of sales goals.

Key responsibilities & activities within the role:
- Responding to Agent queries within the agreed turnaround time of 24-48 hours
- Maintaining the Agent Database to ensure up to date and accurate information
- Ensure that all agents are onboarded in a professional and consistent way, with regular communication and follow-up
- Ensure all agents are fully referenced and contracted in line with our Agent Management Policy
- Ensure agent database is fully up-to-date and meets the needs of the business
- Manage the distribution and delivery of marketing collateral to overseas events and to agents
- Provide regular and timely reports on stock levels from the distribution partner for marketing team
- Help to ensure regular and proactive communication with overseas offices and the network of sales consultants to ensure that the sales and marketing plan is implemented globally, and that internal communication is consistently effective throughout the sales organisation.
- Work to maintain a yearly calendar of sales and marketing key events which will require administrative support, for example, the annual remuneration scheme, and distribution of materials.
- Support sales and marketing with agent training, including the organisation of global/regional webinars, where necessary, and corresponding relevant materials.
- Other administrative duties as required to ensure efficient and effective running of the sales department.
- Support the Global Agent Support Director, Director of Sales Operations and the Group Sales & Marketing Director in all aspects of administration.
- To undertake other duties not specifically stated above, which from time to time are necessary for the effective performance of the business without altering the nature or level of responsibility involved.
Key aspects we will be looking for:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting an international sales organisation, preferably working with sales staff across multiple overseas locations, and will demonstrate the following core attributes:
- Exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail
- Educated to a Degree level
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office software suite, including Excel and Outlook
- Experience working with systems and databases
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of dealing directly with internal and external customers on the phone and in person
- Good team player
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Flexible approach to working, excellent time management
- A friendly professional manner
- Calm and clear-minded under pressure
