Qualifications & experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Hands-on experiences in software development; familiar with all aspects of software engineering and software development life cycle
• Hands-on experience in AI (NLP, LLM, Speech), experience in AI training models is preferred
• Knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience in offshore/overseas work environments
• Understanding of different types of neural networks
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior Programmer
• Immediate available is preferred.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Develop backend services for AI applications
• Develop AI models & algorithms (NLP, LLM, Speech)
• Collaborate with project managers, AI researchers, UX designers and peer developers to deliver end-to-end products
• Collaborate on creating a Learning Management System (LMS) to manage educational content, track student progress, and deliver learning experience
• Stay current with the latest AI technologies and integrate AI-based solutions to continuously improve the platform's capabilities
