Job Description:

Your daily duties:

• Handle clerical administration documents
• Documentary scanning and filing
• International air-freight shipment data entry
• Assist to process air-freight logistics procedure, such as Customs Declaration or Customs Clearance, etc.

How to join the OCSHK family:

• HKDSE graduate or above
• Candidate with air-freight logistics working experience must be an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good knowledge in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Chinese word processing
• Detail-minded, well-organized with strong numerical sense and high accuracy
• Will to take responsibility and keep learning

Your daily schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 1 pm to 10 pm
• Saturday & Bank Holiday: 3pm to 12 pm
