Art Director

To cope with our expansion, we are currently seeking an experienced and talented Art Director to become a vital part of our creative team in Hong Kong. Job Duties:

• Report directly to the Creative Director, taking a leading role  in shaping high-impact projects.
• Lead the development  of innovative pitches, consistently delivering original and effective design solutions.
• Act as a senior leader , managing and mentoring a team of designers   while providing strategic guidance, feedback, and inspiration.
• Enhance our creative offerings  by introducing visionary ideas and fresh perspectives.
• Oversee the entire project  lifecycle from concept to completion, driving creative initiatives and ensuring alignment with clients’ expectations and goals.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Retail Design or an equivalent field.
• 8-10 years of experience in Retail Experiential Design or related fields such as Exhibition, Event, Pop-Up, or Store/POSM Design. Experience in the cosmetics industry is a plus
• A solid understanding of consumer behaviour.
• Excellent communication skills with strong leadership experience.
• A strong creative background with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to develop strategic and conceptual ideas for innovative retail solutions.
• Strong time management and project process knowledge, including factory visits.
• Proficiency in software: 3D Max (V-Ray), SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Photoshop is essential. Good hand sketch ability is highly appreciated.
