Job duties

  • Assist in optimization of a leasing portfolio
  • Handle daily enquiries from potential tenants, assist in negotiation and deal conclusion and subsequent follow up
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentation materials and providing support to the team
  • Conduct market research, land search, title search

Requirements

  • Degree holder in real estate, property management, business or related disciplines with two years of relevant experience
  • Team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Fresh graduate will be considered for the post of assistant Asset Management Officer
