ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT [Ref. AA-AP]

• Diploma holder in related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
• To perform account payable function

• Diploma holder in Accountancy or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience, preferably in sizable commercial companies
• To perform account payable function including handling of invoices and payment checking
• To ensure all invoices, payments, approval process are processed accurately, timely and in compliance with internal policies
• To communicate with internal departments and vendors on payment related issues
• To prepare monthly profits statements, cash flow statements, quarterly management accounts, forecast, budget, profits tax computation and statutory accounts
• To handle special projects or ad hoc requests related to account payable processes
• Proficient in using MS Word & Excel, knowledge in Oracle system preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
