Assistant Administrative Officer, Department of Psychology (Post Ref.: 24/439)

The appointee will be required to provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support to the Department of Psychology.

Responsibilities 

• Providing frontline service to staff and students
• Assisting in duties related to course offering, add/drop exercises, examinations, meetings, etc.
• Organizing student activities, seminars, workshops, conferences and other teaching and research activities
• Providing general administration support for the Programme
• Performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisors

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree
• At least one year’s working experience, preferably in the higher education sector
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• High competency in MS office applications
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Effective communication skills

Salary and Benefits

Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, and mandatory provident fund.
