Assistant Allocation Manager

Reporting to the Senior Merchandising Manager, the Assistant Allocation manager is responsible for the operational aspect of the allocation / planning, managing ordering and inventory on a store level.

What you do:

• Responsible for weekly allocation and consolidation of inventory, monitoring inventory level and months of coverage across channels (i.e. Retail and E-commerce)
• Balance store inventory levels based on actual sales situation and shop requests 
• Work closely with various departments, such as Retail Operations, Wholesale, E-commerce, Logistics and Shipping team to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular reviews of SKU performance , stocks transfer rate and broken size situations, advising the Merchandising team as needed. 
• Assist in item creation and PO submission, proactively update the Merchandising team on order status and delays. 
• Prepare buying report and inventory forecast
• Support any ad hoc projects

Who you are:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience;
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience; MUST have buying and allocation experience
• Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze and utilize financial measurements
• Proficient in Excel applications
• Demonstrate ability to build and maintain productive and cohesive relationships with peers and cross-functional team
• Excellent command of both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
