Assistant Area Manager/ Area Manager

• 8 years or above relevant experience
• Maintain a high standard of store environment
• Achieve the company goals

Responsibilities:

• Oversee an area of stores and lead the Store Managers to achieve sales targets and sustain business profit
• Develop and enhance the team in providing the good quality of customer service, sales performance, daily operations, quality, cost and inventory accuracy
• Maintain a high standard of store environment and ensure customer service quality
• Act as a key person in motivating, training and driving the team culture
• Work closely with internal customers on marketing and promotion effectiveness
• Monitor and develop marketing strategic plans to achieve the organisational goals and increase brand visibility with the assigned area

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with at least 8 years of supervisory in retail operations or FMCG retail industries
• Must have solid experience in area management positions
• Aggressive, proactive, sales-oriented, highly self-motivated with positive attitude
• Good leadership skills, effective presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
