Assistant Brand Manager (FMCG)

Key Responsibility

• Act for the best business benefits of the Principals in local markets, and closely work with the Principals to manage & develop the brand.
• Define brand proposition, brand/pricing strategies, and to lead, develop and execute business plans.
• Formulate, discuss and monitor Business and A&P plans with Principal partners for achieving brand targets and put plans into actions. Marketing activities include but not limited to digital, social & e-commerce.
• Develop robust trade marketing and promotions plans by co-working with Sales department.
• Monitor category and product margin, marketing & trade spending and brand/product sales. Co-work with Finance department for cost monitoring.
• Manage and monitor stock forecast, order and inventory by collaborating with Sales and Supply Chain departments.
•   Stay up to date with market trend and consumers preference for new product development.
  
  Requirement
• Degree or above in Marketing / Business discipline or equivalent.
• 3+ years' solid experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing of FMCG.
• Strong entrepreneurship and self driver.
• Good analytical & project management skills. Efficient in communication & strong interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized and enjoy working in fast paced environment.
• Open-minded, proactive and team player.
• Strong presentation skills and good command of English and Putonghua.
•   Passion for Food will be an advantage.
