Assistant Business Development Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the department head in formulating the business plan and sales & marketing strategies
• Identify, evaluate opportunities, and execute action plans to achieve the business targets
• Implement the sales & marketing activities and customer acquisition strategy, drive efficiency and business performance
• Organize presentations and client visits regularly to upkeep the client relationships
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements/Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or above in Science, Engineering or Sales & Marketing
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business development and/or Sales & Marketing, with at least 5 years gained from construction material laboratory testing & certification industry is a must
• Able to make strategic decisions in relations to business growth and development
• Good customer analytical skills and able to drive business performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese, with excellent presentation skills
