Assistant Buyer / Assistant Merchandising Officer

Responsibilities:

• Support Buyer in all merchandising issues;
• Support Buyer to prepare product training material and market research analysis;
• Prepare various sales analysis for Merchandising team;
• Handle daily issues regarding sales, payment, shipment follow up, stock allocation & consolidation, handle defective items, ad-hoc projects etc.;
• Communicate efficiently and effectively with related parties;
• Provide administrative support to the buying team;
• Detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Requirements:
 

• Degree holder in fashion or business related discipline;
• 2 years relevant experience in fashion retail industry;
• Experience in e-commerce will be advantage;
• Passionate in fashion;
• Excellent presentation skills and strong numerical sense;
• Excellent command of English and conversational Mandarin;
• Less experience will be considered as Merchandising Assistant.
