ASSISTANT BUYER

Responsibilities:

• Allocation of merchandise (fashion jewelry/accessories) including initial allocation, replenishment and stock transfer
• Regular review and tracking sales performance through creating timely and accurate weekly/ monthly sales report and analysis
• Provide merchandise support for promotion events, arrange allocation and delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including retail operation, marketing and visual merchandising to drive product launches, promotions, seasonal product training workshops
• Undertake ad hoc assignments and any other duties as required by the management

Requirements:

• DSE graduate or above
• At least 2 years' relevant buying experience with knowledge in buying and inventory management of preferable fashion jewelry
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing (including vlookup & pivot table)
• Well-organized, detail-minded and eager to learn
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin
