Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee creative project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and align with client expectations;
  • Work closely with Art Director and Designers to develop innovative storytelling concepts;
  • Deliver all creative inputs, following through from initial 3D renderings to final construction drawings;
  • Conduct thorough research on interior designs, culture, and emerging architectural trends to inspire fresh ideas and keep our work at the forefront of industry standards;
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution;
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned;
  • Develop and implement new workflows to enhance team efficiency and quality of work.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience in Creative, Design or Visual Merchandising;
  • 5+ Year relevant experience in Large-scale 3D Design, preferably with luxury visual merchandising or Events;
  • Proficiencies in 3D & 2D Software (i.e. 3D Studio Max, Solidworks, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator…etc);
  • Strong passion in Visual Merchandising;
  • Ability to maintain alignment between day-to-day project management with overall strategic direction;
  • Relevant experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, or Construction for Luxury Brands is a plus;
  • Detail-Oriented, organized and dedicated, proactive and enthusiastic with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Strong team orientation with ability to work effectively across multiple groups and regions.
