Working within the Local Sales team, the individual will be responsible for driving eCommerce business to reach EC revenue and growth. The incumbent will be in charge of day-to-day eCommerce operations, planning and execution of sales and marketing activities, managing product and promotion schemes, ensuring sufficient supply, creating page contents, planning eService and activating consumers’ click thru.

The Assistant eCommerce Manager should be a highly skilled in managing web plan for own brand.com platform and work with external online partners (eComm enabler partners, eTailers, digital partners, etc).

Internally, She/He will work closely with cross functional teams such Assortment team, Demand Planning, and Marketing teams.

Assistant eCommerce Manager, Hong Kong

Your responsibilities:

The Assistant eCommerce Manager reports directly to Commercial Director and is responsible for the following:

eChannel Development

  • eOwn shop: Manage own eShop to grow in line with company’s strategy. Daily operations include launching online marketing campaigns, page building, promotion rules setting, web content copywriting, inventory & logistic arrangement and customer service support
  • eTailers exploration: Explore new eBiz opportunities via new eTailers development and emerging opportunities
  • Omni-channel: Develop and maintain omni channel capabilities

eShop /e-Tailer Sales and Marketing Operation

  • eAnnual Campaign Calendar (eACC): Plan the annual eCampaigns to cope with dynamic on line shopping behaviour
  • eContent creation: Assure ongoing homepages and landing pages features creation and on time renew, direct photo shoot for content creation
  • eShop VM management: Enhance the shop presentation from landing pages, Product detail page (PDP) to banners
  • Touch points conversion: Develop digital touch points, incl desktop and mobile and identify conversion opportunities
  • Traffic activation programs: Amplify the reach and increase conversion oriented traffic via paid, own, earn media

eMerchanding Management

  • Market Analysis :  Identify opportunities and competitors analysis
  • Assortment planning : Work with Assortment team to determine assortment to be launched, returned, mark down
  • Deployment plan: Coordinate with Assortment team to ensure proper launch deployment and redeployment

eStock Management

  • Novelty stock: Manage regular sales against sell through target by timely replenishment action or promotion
  • Off season stock: Take action and leverage to sales promotion in driving competition momentum
  • Bargain stock: Work on best pricing mix for speeding up clearance
  • Stock Management : Manage DoH, ensuring that the stock is at a healthy level

eCRM

  • eShopper journey: Design an insightful brand path and experience and lead to purchase insight
  • eCRM programs: Support eCRM programs, to ensure conversion, retention and brand loyalty.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • At least 4 years work experiences including 1- 2 years of relevant work experience in eCommerce operation.
  • Highly preferable to have brand marketing, digital marketing experience in 4A agency, eTailers, retailers, Cosmetic, Fashion apparel, or FMCG with proven records.
  • University graduate or above with degree in business, communication or similar discipline.
  • Fluent English and Cantonese for collaboration with regional/local partners. Mandarin preferable, but not mandatory.
  • Marketing writer/editor experience is a plus.
