Assistant Engineer - Airport 3RS Baggage Handling System (E&M)

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the client for meetings, site works, factory acceptance test (FAT), interfacing issues and installation works
• Liaise with external consultants, design houses, suppliers, manufacturers etc to obtain product design approval from the client
• Conduct method statement, design submission, quality plan and calculations according to the specifications
• Supervise the mock-up, FAT, site installation works and commissioning
• Prepare document submission like testing reports, site records and relevant certificates
• Supervise the sub-contractors for the installation / site works to meet relevant performance pledges, safety, quality and service targets

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical or related engineering disciplines
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge in AutoCAD and BIM would be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills, committed attitude and attention to details
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with more relevant working experience but less academic background can be considered as Works Supervisor
